		<description>&lt;p&gt;They were/are delicious! I became vegetarian when I was around 19. Meat never appealed to me that much, but I did eat it and didn&#039;t give it much thought. One day while eating a hamburger, I realized that I found it incredibly distasteful. I switched to a vegetarian diet and over the years have mostly become vegan (no animal products). Later, I did more research about the benefits of not eating meat (health reasons, environmental benefits) and am convinced that it&#039;s a much better way to live (at least for me).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
