Like their self-effacing creator \u2014 who still makes a point of surfing in the ocean several mornings a week \u2014 they radiated good vibes. To creative innovators in the \u201980s who didn\u2019t see themselves as computer geeks, Kare\u2019s icons said: Stop stressing out about technology.
