Gina Trapani at Lifehacker has a good write up on the current state of Google Wave.
I was really glad to read this towards the end of the review:
“Wave is only as good as how many of the people you work (and play) with have it.”
I’d change this slightly and say:
“Wave is only as good as how many of the people you work (and play) with have AND use it.”
There are some really useful tools out there, let down by poor adoption. All too often, the “cool” factor overshadows any consideration of how something as different as wave might be adopted by the population at large.
