My first bread turned out to be this Scallion Bread shaped like a snowflake. Recipe courtesy of the fabulous @woon.heng. Growing up, one of my favorite foods was my Mom’s cong you bing, Cantonese scallion pancakes with layers of crunchy goodness. This has the same feeling but also tastes like a scallion croissant… delicious.
